We have one life to live! One needs to make certain that he or she is living their calling for the time God has given. “Just do what God says” was the life statement of Vera Louise Brown. I write this book as a testimony to her life, legacy, and a well-lived Christ-centered life. She fought a good fight, kept the faith, and finished her course. It is my hope that the reader will gain insights for living from this wife, mother, and woman of God. She journeyed among us for a season and did what God called her to do. In the providence of God, He took her into His presence. We are left to glean from what she modeled. I have certainty that her life was an example for many to emulate.
